Both Quinnipiac men’s and women’s tennis teams were beaten by Fairleigh Dickinson on Wednesday. The men fell 4-1 while the women lost 5-2.
Charlie Feldman accounted for the Bobcats lone point on the day, winning his match against Guy Goren Eliav. John Hughes and Andrew Weeden won their doubles match, but the Knights took the other two doubles to win the point.
The Bobcats are now 6-2, 1-2 in NEC.
Rachel Cantor and Adrienne Markison accounted for the women’s points by winning their singles. Four of the single matches went to three sets but the Knights won all of those, including three in third-set-tie-breakers.
The Bobcats are now 7-4, 1-1 in NEC.
